FAQ
What people usually ask us
How a sprint works, what it costs, how long it takes and what you keep at the end. If your question isn’t here, get in touch.

What is an operations sprint?
It’s a project with a fixed scope. We look at how part of your business runs, find where it breaks and hand you what you need to run it better: a diagnostic, process maps, SOPs, message templates and a Notion or Trello board.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, which we agree with you before we start. We don’t bill by the hour, so you know from the outset what you’ll receive.
How long does a sprint take?
It depends on what needs sorting out. We set it in the proposal, together with the scope.
What happens on the free 30-minute call?
You tell us how you work today and what’s worrying you. We tell you honestly whether a sprint makes sense for your business. No strings attached.
Do I have to change the tools I use?
Not necessarily. We set up the board in Notion or Trello, and we only suggest AI-assisted tools when they genuinely save work.
What happens when the sprint ends?
You keep everything: processes, SOPs, templates and board. It’s all designed so your team can maintain it without depending on us.
Shall we talk for 30 minutes?
Tell us how you work today and we’ll tell you whether a sprint makes sense. Free, with no strings attached.
