What data we process and why
We process the data you give us when you fill in the contact form, email or message us on WhatsApp, or book a call (name, email, phone, company, team size, the topics you tick and whatever you tell us), to reply to you, organise the call and, if you ask, prepare a proposal.
If you tick the news box, we’ll use your email to send you information about NK Consulting. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us or from the email itself.
Legal basis
Your consent when you contact us and, when you request a proposal, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it, and then for the applicable legal limitation periods.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use providers that process it on our behalf: web hosting and anonymous visit statistics ([Vercel Inc.]), storage of contact form requests ([Supabase Inc.], EU servers), email alerts for new requests ([Web3Forms], if enabled), booking tool ([Cal.com / Calendly]), email ([provider]) and WhatsApp ([Meta]). Some may be outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@nkconsulting.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
